CA Rajendra Mehta after completing his apprenticeship with the firm in 1977 joined the firm as a partner and has been associated with the firm since January’1981.

Mr.Rajendra Mehta started his career as an Income Tax Consultant under the guidance of his father. Gradually, with an ability to understand the various business scenarios, coupled with his sound financial and accounting background he attained expertise in conducting statutory audits of companies across all business sectors.He has an in-depth knowledge of Hotel, Construction, and Paper industry to name a few.

His knowledge in the domain of Project finance has seen him prepare project financing reports for various medium and small size enterprises which have assisted them in getting their projects financed from nationalized banks.

As a Chartered Accountant and a Lawyer, he inspires his juniors as well as peers to be proactive in various fields simultaneously.

In addition to the above, CA Rajendra Mehta is also socially very active, being the Founder Member of many well known associations and President of various clubs.

He is associated with our firm since 1992 . He is handling Corporate and Non-corporate Income Tax Matters including Appellate matter before the Learned CIT(Appeal) and Hon’ble ITAT. He is also having vast experience of handling Survey and Search Cases. He is also qualified the Company Secretaries Exam securing 9th Rank on all over India Basis.

Mr. Sanjay Gandhi has a wide experience of conducting the Bank Branch Audits. He has a vide knowledge in conducting the Statutory Audits of big Public Limited Companies. He was also the Faculty Member of Sydenham College, Mumbai.

Mr. Atul Sharma started his own practice in the same year and later on he joined the firm as partner. He has a wide experience of Audit Supervision, Finalization of Accounts, and also having good knowledge of Project financing and wide experience of Income Tax, Internal Audit ABC Audit & Company Law matters. He has conducted various Statutory Audit, Internal Audits of Big Corporate groups in Indore and outside Madhya Pradesh and have conducted Big bank Statutory Branch Audits and also Central Statutory Audit of Banks, Limited Review Audits of Banks, Revenue Audits since last 10 Years and Audit finalization as a Central Statutory Auditor of Rural Bank. He has a very good experience in conducting the Audits of Big Public Sector undertakings I .e. C&AG Audits

Passed as a topper in the HSC Exam and won the gold medal in B.Com Examination . He possesses wide experience of Taxation, Audits including Internal Audits Investigation Audits & ABC Audits, Finalization of Public and Private Companies Accounts, Big Bank Statutory Branches Audits and also Central Statutory Audits of Banks, Limited Review Audits of various Branches of Banks & finalizations of Central Statutory Audits of Rural Banks. He is an expert in Internal Audits and Investigation Audits. He has also done audits of Insurance Companies etc. He was also looking after the Implementation of E-Governance Project at Municipal Corporation in six cities of Rajasthan.

He is associated with our firm since 1997 . He is handling Corporate and Non-corporate Income Tax Matters including Appellate matter before the Learned CIT (Appeal) . He is also having vast experience of handling Income Tax Assessment Proceedings before various Income Tax Authorities .

Mr. Pankaj Mogra is associated with our firm since July 2000. He has a good academic beginning and has vast experience of handling the Assessment and Appellate Proceedings of Corporate and Non Corporate Clients before the Income Tax Authorities. Apart from this, he also has good knowledge of Information Technology and has qualified the DISA Exam conducted by ICAI. He is also one of the Executive Member of Jain Yuva Sangh Indore.

Mr. Nitin Bandi has a good academic beginning and passed all his Primary and Secondary examinations in Distinction . He has wide experience of Audits including Internal Audits Investigation Audits & ABC Audits, Finalization of Public and Private Companies Accounts, Big Bank Statutory Branches Audits and also Central Statutory Audits of Banks, Limited Review Audits of various Branches of Banks & finalization of Central Statutory Audits of Rural Banks and Public Sector undertakings I .e. C&AG Audits. He has good knowledge of Computer & Information Technology. He was also supervising the Implementation of E-Governance Project of Municipal Corporation in six cities of Rajasthan.

Mr. Sumit Jain has good knowledge in conducting & supervising the various large & small companies’, Internal Audit & Statutory Audits and Bank Branches Audits.

Mrs. Neha Lodha has conducted and handled various assignments like Bank Branch Audits, Insurance Company DO Audits, Large & Medium Scale Limited & Pvt.Ltd. Company’s Audits & Government Companies (C&AG) Audits. She has a very good knowledge in the field of Office Administration, Company Law Matters Internal Audits of large, and small group companies. Apart from Practical exposure, she has a brilliant Academic record in the Professional education field.

Mr. Ashish Patwari has good knowledge in conducting & supervising the various large & small companies’, Internal Audit & Statutory Audits and Bank Branches Audits.

Mr. Chimnani joined the firm as an associate in October 2004.Owing to his excellent scholastic record and command over legal matters, he was admitted as a partner in June 2006.He is presently pursuing LLB(Hons) and has cleared all his papers in first division. Being in direct association with Mr. M. Mehta, Mr. Chimnani’s forte remains ITAT appeals and legal opinions in cases of conflicting viewpoints.

Ankit Mehta, has been entrusted to carry on the legacy in the guidance of Mr. M. C Mehta and the other senior partners in the firm. The fervor to achieve more and not rest on his laurels, has led Ankit to set a target to complete his CPA soon. Being the latest addition to the illustrious team of experts, Ankit brings along with him superlative technical expertise and various new avenues to the profession. The DISA exam conducted by the ICAI further stamps his technical qualifications. Amongst other things, with technology and taxation being his forte, Ankit has been ardently involved in filing of e-return of various Corporates. Ankit also heads the outsourcing team involved in the acquiring taxation and accounting business from around the globe.
